Red Bear is seeking a self motivated, full time individual with an exceptional ability to communicate effectively with clients. You will be responsible primarily for servicing clients for our Lawn Care Programs, fertilizing lawns, aerations, seeding, weed controls and at times asked to contribute to other aspects of the operation.

Whether it is gardens with landscape rocks and the perfect planting plan, a driveway, patio, stairs, walkway or anything in between, we are certain that we can offer you something that meets your needs and offers the touches that make it unique to your home.
Red Bear Lawns & Landscaping Ltd. has specialized in providing natural lawn care to home owners in the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph areas since 2004. We offer three programs, and also customize lawn care programs to suit your needs and your lawns requirements. Our goal is to work with our customers and educate them on the proper techniques and practices involved in sustaining a healthy landscape.
Are you looking for a reliable lawn cutting service with professional results? Red Bear's crews are uniformed, and are always available to you for any questions or requests you may have. We pride ourselves in having state of the art equipment so that we can look after your property with outstanding garden management quality and efficiency!
We will set up a demo of what lighting can bring to your home with a temporary transformer and lights (typically 4 to 6). Plan a follow up conversation to discuss your lighting. We will remove the demo lights and coordinate a time to complete your landscape lighting plan. Understand that we are using professional quality landscape lighting products and materials.

We worked with Darrell to come up with a design to upgrade our front entryway, new step and porch with paverstone. Darrell was awesome to deal with and was very knowledgeable. Our experience with Red Bear was extremely positive. Darrell listened to our basic ideas and added his creativity resulting in such impressive stonework and landscaping that not only friends and neighbours but also strangers driving by stop to tell us how beautiful our yard looks.
