A significant part of our business at Petley-Jones & Co. is Estate Planning (Wills, Estates, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Representation Agreements). Under special circumstances we can also act as the executor of your Will, your attorney under a Power of Attorney, and / or your representative under a Health Care Representation Agreement.
In addition, our office assists executors and administrators (in the absence of a Will) with applications for Probate and Administration, respectively, as well as processing estates, if needed (see Estate Administration and Probate). We also handle real estate, and Petley-Jones & Co. is the registered office for almost 100 small- and medium-size corporations, providing services and advice as they relate to business law.
