I honestly can’t say enough good things about Sharon and Invis. I kind of feel like she might need to be the CEO of my entire life now! Her years of experience and ability to navigate the ins and outs of banking and the real estate market is amazing and was such a gift. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her.
Even though I was away in another province for months for training and had a lot of hurdles, she and her team were an absolute blessing, going above and beyond to help me secure a mortgage for my first home purchase but it was so much more than that.

If I could give a million stars on this review I would. The Nanaimo Invis team was incredible to work with. So to explain a bit... went with the wrong mortgage broker to start and 3 days before our closing date informed me and my fiancee that we were not going to be approved for our dream house, at that point she was so upset we started calling around and she even sent letters to mortgage companies. Sharon phoned us back within the hour and in 4 days of non-stop e-mails and work got us what another broker couldn't do in almost a month. I cannot say enough good things about her and would recommend to ANYONE!!!
