A lot of the time, consumers will be pushed into making a purchase they don't fully understand, but because of fancy lingo and a convincing sales person, they buy things without knowing what it really was.

For those looking for progressives or task-specific vocational lenses, we understand that this can sometimes be a process and the first lens isn't always the right lens design. This is why we offer our clients a 90-day trial period with all progressives and vocational lenses.
If you are unable to adapt to the new lenses within 90 days from the day the glasses were ready, we will allow you to switch into another progressive (upgrades at the cost of client - no refunds for downgrades) or into a different lens entirely (single-vision or bi-focal).

We are able to direct bill for most insurance providers. Simply bring in your card that has the policy and member ID - we'll do the rest! As long as your plan is set up for direct billing, we should be able to save you the hassle of paying up front first and submitting the claim to be reimbursed later.
At Wink we understand that sometimes you can't just choose one pair of glasses. To help with your decision making process we decided to offer everyone looking to buy two pairs the SECOND FRAME AT 40% OFF. The purchase has to be made the same day (unless there are extenuating circumstances we can make exceptions).

Wink Optometry was recommended to me by my partner and I'm so happy I came here instead. The thing I love most is their eye puff machine which is very gentle compared to other clinics. Natasha, the optometrist, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is clean and convenient as it's across from the Metrotown Station. I highly recommend them to anyone whose looking!

My experience with Wink optometry was great! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and patient during each visit I had. The optometrist was knowledgeable and explained things well!
They paid great attention to detail and took into account my needs (budget, goals for the glasses, etc.). All in all, I don't feel embarrassed by my glasses anymore!

I just had the most amazing experience. They are professional and knowledgeable. There testing equipment is above standard places. 100%%%% recommend coming here. Fun atmosphere. Great selection for eye wear.… Top of the line lenses from Nikon. I am soo happy they made it easy no pressure. Great for kids to they have puppies who hang out as well!!! Please come here instead of some chain in the mall. Much better personal experience!!!!! Private!!!

Camille and her staff are always professional and super helpful. WINK has a great assortment of fashionable frames and I think Camille has chosen every pair I've bought in the years I've been a client - at least seven specs I think? They always get my 'vibe' -I just say I want a certain colour or shape and they magically 'pull' from stock like pros! I love the personal service and even though I've moved away I'll still be traveling to Aurora to my fave optical! See you in September when I come in for my new sunglasses :)

My experience here was sub-par and disappointing. Their staff were friendly and polite, and I was impressed with their new modern design. Someone recommended this place to me, and it is also at a convenient location easily accessible by transit. I decided to try this place out for the first time.
I had my appointment with them in early Jun 2021, when covid rates were steadily declining. Their website describes the new protocols they are adapting to due to covid. However, I wished they were more transparent (both on their website and in-person when they were explaining the different eye examinations

I went to get my eye exam here because it is closer to where I live. The staff was very friendly & pleasant. However, I was not impress that I would have to pay more to have prescription for contacts. I didn't get my PD measurement. My previous optometrist did more tests for the same charge so I already feel rip-off. I did feel a bit of sell pressure.

I had a great experience here picking out some new frames for glasses and sunglasses. Hannah and Ola made me feel very comfortable! They gave very detailed information about their products so that I could make an informed decision. They were also fun and very helpful when I had a hard time deciding between styles.
There’re a ton of options for low nose bridge fits in a wide variety of styles. It can be hard to find good fits at other shops. The cost is in line with other optometrists I’ve visited. The store is very clean and organised.

Brought a pair of glasses from Wink Optometry a few months back after an eye exam and I have been enjoying my pair of glasses so far. The staff is amazing, providing great insight and service. They will also answer any questions you may have about your eyes and glasses. Highly recommended optometry to take an eye exam and to purchase a new pair of glasses.
