Fantastic team!! The doctor I saw was lovely and so patient with me and informative. Definitely the best experience, by FAR, at any optometry clinic.
The care and TLC from the ladies upfront was fantastic as well!! Kamy is wonderful, approachable and so sweet. I can honestly say that I’m looking forward to my next eye exam. ☺️

Dr. Jennie Chi is fantastic, she was so thorough with my exam, took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t rush over a single detail. Overall, I had such a great experience and will remain a forever client! Often the front end gets overlooked with reviews, so I have to point how lovely, caring, welcoming and personable the front end team is. :)

The first pair of Ray-Ban was broken (one lense was very loose in the frame) and the second pair of sunglasses are damaged too (both lenses are defective). The customer service is terrible - once you buy, they ignore you. 4 months later and I'm still waiting for a response from the manager.... Also, the manager makes you think she is giving you an amazing deal - don't fall for that!! PS. don't mention that you have any kind of benefits, they will try to milk you ;)

My first eye exam here was a fantastic experience. It's a really nice clinic inside and they have lots of updated, stylish frames. Dr. Chi is so friendly and easy to talk to, provides lots of info freely as she's going through the process, and has a great sense of humor. The two ladies at the front desk are helpful (although could be a lot more friendly when you first come in the door..) and Yema (spelling?) gave me a smoking deal on a pair of gorgeous Tom Ford frames. Very happy!
