Over Christmas, my sister who is a senior with Alzheimer's, broke a molar. Nanoose Bay Dental was able to get us in the same day and remove the remaining root.
From the minute we arrived, the service was fast, friendly and efficient; the staff are professional, courteous and caring and most importantly, they calmly explained everything to my sister making her very comfortable for the entire visit. Due to the circumstances, Dr. Kwok even called the next day to check in and do a follow up. Great job folks!

Every experience at Dr Kwok’s office has been extremely positive! I had a crown replacement that used to be such an ordeal but was done in one two hour appointment with no pain or discomfort during or after the appointment! I highly recommend Dr. Kwok and his team!!

I can honestly say that was my best dental experience. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Super knowledgable and efficient. I was not tortured, like I usually am. Dental things give me a ton of anxiety, but this was all good! I'd absolutely reccomend them to anyone.

This was the most thorough and professional experience I’ve ever had in a dental office. From our greeting to the hygienist and then to the dentist the team was operating like a well-oiled team. You can tell when smiles are real and when people are happy in their jobs.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! Dr. Kwok is extremely good at what he does, competent, honest, communicative, and explains procedures in simple terms. I have actually never had a dentist that is pain free and so good at what he does. The receptionists, hygenist, and assistants are also very competent and nice.
