Starting off with some good banter on the initial call to make an appointment, the receptionist promptly called me when a spot opened-up shorty thereafter. Their very friendly staff made me feel at ease and I can honestly say that it was one of my most pleasant dental experiences. Would certainly recommend!

He even told us about his dogs after the operation. with pictures!
My tooth extractions were VERY quick and absolutely painless.
My wife was even allowed to sit in the room while he and his (also wonderful) dental assistant did their excellent work.

Friendly and kind. When you have to do something so personal you want to feel safe. I felt so safe entering this dentist office for my first time. I was welcomed. Dr. Phelps is the best there is. He is so kind. Thank you for a great experience and I will see more of you! It was worth the drive from Cassidy to Parksville

I have not been to the dentist in 5 years, cause of finances and fear. I needed to go as a chunk of my molar tooth broke off, so no escaping this one. I googled all dentists near by reviews and chose to go with Arrowsmith, as they had the most 5⭐. Sooo glad I did! They make you feel welcome and are so friendly and funny and you just get a warm cozy feeling. Dr. K. Phelps did an excellent job at walking me through my options and explained it very well without pushing for the most expensive solution. He is kind, funny, patient and a great photographer to boot. I enjoyed watching his photo slide

I'm so happy I found Arrowsmith dental group, I have extreme dental anxieties to the point were I have put off seeing a dentist for over 5 yrs. Dr Phelps made me feel at ease, explaining everything as he went along, he also never made me feel ashamed for not coming sooner. The Hygienist (sorry I forgot her name) was amazing, you figure after not having a cleaning for 5ish yrs, it would hurt a lot and from pass experiences I've had, it felt like every tooth in my mouth hurt and felt loose. Today was a pleasant surprise, I don't think they've been cleaner and no pain. I would 100% recommend this
