This company was amazing to work with. From first phone call with Megan to quoting, design concept and quality of work performed by Jose, this company was top notch. We used Kelowna Concrete/Beyond Basics to put in a stamped concrete patio in our backyard. The whole experience was a nightmare... they knocked the outside house faucet off our wall and flooded our basement. There was a complete lack of communication throughout the entire process. They also never took responsibility for any of their mistakes and there were a lot of them... from lack of cleanup on site, not showing up on time and not designing the patio to our original specifications.
Luckily the work done appears to be ok, but the whole process left a very sour taste in my mouth. I would recommend
