Before you can move anywhere, your belongings will need to be packed up in a safe and orderly fashion. If that sounds like a chore you're hoping to avoid, no problem. We can pack it for you! Our professional packers handle your belongings with as much care as you would, and you don't have to lift a thing.
The more prepared you are when we arrive the quicker things will go. One way to save time is to take apart your assembled items ahead of time. Basically, anything that you put together should be taken apart, things like: bed frames, desks, tables, pole lamps, and dressers with mirrors. You can also save time by bringing all the items from the upper floor down to the main level.
The secret to packing made simple is using the right materials: packing paper, felt pens and appropriate sized boxes. Black felt markers are handy for writing information about what's inside the box, what room it belongs in, or more importantly FRAGILE. If you leave your pictures unpacked, we can often protect them with a pad.

Highly recommend Foster's moving! Our sales rep and movers were fantastic! They were all so efficient, kind and friendly, it made moving a much more enjoyable day. The movers offered helpful tips and ensured all of our valuables were well taken care of and placed into the correct rooms before they left. Nothing broke, nothing lost AND we came in under budget! Moving is hard, but the Foster's crew made it much more bearable, we had a great time with all of them! A million Thank you's!!

Do NOT use Fosters Moving if you in Victoria. They charge for traveling time and are located deep in Langford. This ended up costing us an extra $150 since they have to do the Langford crawl to get to town. The staff (Jacob Paterson) were extremely rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to reimburse us after inquiring about the extra charges. We were not informed before the move, this is not listed on their website, and we booked well in advance. I never write reviews but felt compelled for this one since my mother got stuck with the bill because I was not home - stick with a more local company and save

I used Foster's Moving and Storage for a local move. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, helpful and professional. They arrived on time, worked hard, and finished work in the time estimate I'd been given, which meant that the cost was what I expected. Their customer service was excellent, and questions I had leading up to the move were answered quickly. I'll be recommending them to friends who are looking for movers.

Fosters Moving provides great service. I called around to a few of the local movers, and was very impressed with Andrew at Foster’s Moving as he was very courteous, and understood where I was coming from. He was able to accommodate my difficult work schedule and came over to access and provide an estimate on my move.
