Greystone Medical Centre has been a part of the Toronto and Scarborough community for over 2 decades. We have a doctor on-site, Dr. Vakilha, who is accepting patients of all ages. As a walk-in clinic, we are open 7 days a week and offer short waiting times, which is important to patients who are looking for immediate medical care.
Our walk-in clinic and medical practice in the Scarborough area also has the capabilities of providing regular laboratory services, including blood tests and urine tests. I've been to a number of doctors over a span of 5 years and still struggled with my health. Meeting and changing to doctor Vakilha was the best thing I have ever done!

Had to wait 10 days to get an appointment for our 8 year old - only thing offered is a telephone appointment. And then they don't even call....
Update (Dec 2021):
Twice in the last 12 months our 4 year old has been in pain and they wouldn't countenance seeing him. Now he has been hobbling with a bad verruca for several weeks and, as advised by the pharmacist, if the home treatments didn't work we need to see doctor.
Greystone's response? Refuse to see him, let alone treat it'. Just "leave well alone....Verrucas will sort themselves out but it can take several months, sometimes years".

Awful. I've never experienced such bad treatment and humiliation in my life. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.
Lets start with making an appointment. You can't get in touch with them as the line is 'busy' majority of the time.
Then the nurses. One of them had literally STABBED my mum during her blood tests because I had to be present to translate (during covid times) while showing us how irritated she got. The pain from the 'little scratch' was so bad to the point my mum almost screamed, she jumped in her chair and later on had a VERY big bruise for a week. Is that how you would

Been with this surgery for about 3 years now and can honestly say they're one of the best surgeries I've been to, and I moved around a bit. Doctors never dismiss me, and I have a few chronic illnesses. They were also the first ones to get me seen by someone more experienced in migraines, after suffering with chronic migraines for over 7 years. I found the reception staff always helpful but then again, I don't mind it if they are not having a long conversation with me about my day. I just phone them up with a clear understanding of what I need, and they're happy to deliver. The only thing that is

I registered my elderly mother here 3 ago and have been very impressed with the surgery. The ladies on reception are very caring and helpful, the practice is clean and inviting and every doctor and nurse we have met has been friendly and spent the necessary time with my mum and yet they still seem to run more or less or time. Can't ask for more. Very happy.
