Brian is good. Dealt with him and his regular assistant and they both were nice. Although, I had sold my house and as part of the conditions of the agreement, I was to pick up my final cheque for the sale at 12PM. I was forced to wait an extra hour despite the agreement, and then was told by an extremely rude, loud mouthed (Receptionist? Assistant?) that I would have to wait. I tried to explain my side of things to Vicki, the woman on the other end, as I am a busy person and had to be somewhere for a scheduled time, which I was unable to make due to the extra hour I was forced to wait.
