In our practice, we offer a variety of legal services aimed at helping small businesses and corporations protect their assets. Typically, our role will be to assist you in implementing the most effective structure for you to operate your business, such as setting up a corporation and maintaining your corporate legal affairs.
Buying or selling a home, land, commercial property, or conveyancing significant personal property assets such as a mobile home, or even farm equipment, is a huge life step. We're here to help ease you into that process and move you through the deal efficiently. Our real estate law services are designed to be cost effective with a competitive flat-rate legal fee cost structure.
Wills and Estate Planning is a core area of services provided at Davidson-Stiles Law Office. Broadly, these services relate to assisting you in ensuring your wishes are met with respect to your body, healthcare, your property, and assets in the event of your passing or your loss of decision-making ability.
In many, but not all cases, the estate administration process requires an application to the court. An estate representative (sometimes referred to as an executor) will often need to make this application to deal with banks and other institutions to properly undertake their duties. Making the application is a primary aspect of the services provided by the lawyer on an estate matter.
