Was quite surprised from a 5 star place! Would never go back! Poor customer service! Received glasses back and the lenses never matched the prescription! Was told that the prescription was right and would have to get used to them. Was also told I was old and this is what happens to eyes. My prescription
only had a slight change. Could not even see through them. Took prescription and new glasses to my optometrist and they said the prescription is not even close to the lenses that they put in. Went back to Classic Eyewear to tell them and guy was very rude and would not listen. He was also late

Ordered my work glasses through them shaded and clear. Calls me that he has the glasses. I later after driving 3 hrs have you find out he only got one. Why was not mentioned on the call? I had to call him to get update where my shaded glasses are. To this date I have not received them it has been 2 months. Avoid this shop if you wanna get anything done. BTW I called the glass supplier myself and they told me they send it a week later than clear,yet he told me it went missing in the shipment. Why can't you call me to give me update for work glasses that I need. Poor customer service, something I
