The entire staff is highly unprofessional. I have had Dr. Negar Hafizi for only a short time. Each time she says she is going to give me a note she wants $46 and wants me to call her every month to get one. I have decided to not have her as a doctor any longer. She did not listen to me and only seems concerned in making money. She is always late for appointments and never acknowledges or apologizes for it. I want to stress that, the doctors and the individual receptionists seem super nice. But I'd recommend patience if you need to make an appointment or figure anything out remotely. The phone queue system they have is new and still has the occasional bug Not the individual worker's fault cause they're doing the best with what they have, but it is what it is.

I have been seeing Dr Wiley for two years at Sina and could not be happier with this doctor. I have just gotten an acupuncture treatment from her and it was the most relaxing and helpful treatment I have had. All the tension in my shoulders and back had vanished the following morning post treatment. She also makes personalized herbal flower Bach remedies that have really helped alot for my anxiety.

Do not go into this clinic. They take appointments only and send you to urgent care whether your symptoms are covid or not. If you signed up to work for healthcare and are making $$$, it’s your responsibility to deal with challenges. They like making the dollars but not providing patient care. Big wastage of tax dollars!

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr.Kate which is one of the great Dr's at the clinic. I've been a patient here for the past year and I've had the best treatment solutions I've had compared to pervious MDs. The compassion,understanding,and knowledge here is unparalleled and that extends to the receptionist and pharmacists who have always helped me find the perfect supplements and products that they offer in the clinic shelves for sale which is another reason why this is my favorite clinic and one stop shop since they have everything from soap to Manuka honey and protein powder. Terrible time management system. I had to wait 40mins more, even though I made a app a week advance. No apologie, explanation or excuse from anybody for their delays. And doctor cut me off when I try to ask a question and told me to make another app if I want to talk about it. And I was confused, if she is that strict upon appointments and matters, what made my app so delayed?? Just failed time management?

What an irresponsible clinic that is!
I don't have a MSP yet so , to get tested and prescribed , I paid 175 CAD just for a phone call with a doctor in July 2021. I thought I paid it all. And today Lifelabs called me asking for extra money for a test.Wait a minute.. what did the clinic do when during the processing? I didn't see the doctor in person and I didn't hear any explanation but I have to pay extra 66 CAD without a result paper. Forget the word "responsible".

I required test requisitions on a deadline so I took a chance on the 6th of January and selected "First available appointment" on the website. Dr. Jason Chinna called me. He was late, dismissive, rude but I brushed it off. I mean, he's a doctor, they care right? He provided no requisition or positive conclusion.

The Pharmacy is awesome, I buy all my supplements here and the pharmacist is very pleasant to deal with. But I had a telephone doctor appointment with a male doctor on a Thursday evening. It was a total waste of my time, I will NEVER deal with him again. The advice he gave me was not helpful at all. If I was just rating him I’d give him a half of a star for only calling me 10 minutes late for our appointment.

I've had many good experiences with the staff and physicians and pharmacists at Sina Medical Clinic in person and on the phone. I don't normally post reviews but I feel strongly about the support and care I've received. It's sometimes difficult to find the level of care one hopes to get when they are unwell. I initially chose to go to Sina due to the convenience of its location. I found the staff to be friendly, professional and patient. Now I consider myself fortunate to have found a GP that I trust and am comfortable with in addition to the convenience of the location.
