Very disappointed. I had requested a move out cleaning. She seemed to understand my needs and said she would confirm the time with me.
Since it is a big house I expected two cleaners to be there all day.
When she finally got back to me she was only able to give me a few hours of help. When I expressed my disappointment she said she would send more help if the one cleaner who arrived at 12:30 was unable to finish the job. No one else turned up. Therefore, I had to clean the house as well. Something I was not at all expecting to do, nor did I have the time to do. Consequently we were even

We had a couple email exchanges and she sounded happy to help us with cleaning and then once I asked her which days worked for them, all communication stopped. Voicemail is full. Very strange. Nothing weird or bad in any of the emails so it's a huge disappointment. I've even sent her a message via her Facebook page asking what happened and if she could let me know why she won't get back to me. Something tells me I've been dropped. But why? Seriously strange. I was so nice to her!
