Garden City Carpet Cleaning is a local, family owned and operated carpet cleaning company based in Victoria, BC. We started up in 2014. We operate a 2019 Cleanco truck mount and service all areas from Sidney to Sooke. We use products that are safe for both children and pets (as we have both) however, we do have available upon request Environmentally Responsible products.
We operate a 2019 Cleanco Truck Mount system. For areas in which are not accessible with the truck mount, such as high rises, a portable carpet cleaning machine is used. We operate the Ninja Extractor, the Industry's Leading Portable Extractor! We offer commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning. For Commercial spaces we operate a Cimex Machine.
We, at Garden City Carpet Cleaning know pets! (Keisha, our pomchi is 2 now) We use black-light technology to help locate the urine stains to ensure proper treatment. The alkaline salts in pet urine absorb moisture out of the air and the pet urine never completely dries. It becomes a feeding ground for bacteria, which causes odor, staining and discoloration.
Since room sizes vary greatly from house to house, our pricing for rug, carpet, and upholstery cleaning is based on the square footage that is cleaned. We willmeasurethe area to be cleaned and give you the price before we start your job. You may choose to have furniture moved or choose to clean only the trafc areas. If your job requires special attention due to odor or heavy soil, we will discuss that with you before we begin cleaning.
I've had Marc in twice now to clean up dog accidents and the carpet always comes back fresh and like new. Recently I had him clean the upholstery on the seats of my truck and they look fantastic! Several others had tried but whatever Marc did to them made them look brand new. Marc is absolutely wonderful to deal with.
