Critical: Professionalism, Quality
The lady that did my taxes was extremely rude over the phone. Very poor customer service. Also, I went to them 2 years in a row before this and both times it took them several weeks to do my taxes. I don't know why I went there this year but I won't be going back next year. Very unprofessional

I went to this place for years and they drove me to find a new way to do my taxes. When they did my taxes they forgot one of my T4's (That I gave them) and I had a 5k bill to pay near Christmas months later. They didn't own up to it and the only compensation they were willing to pay was a half price coupon for the following tax year (No thanks)...I use Turbo Tax and pay around 1/4 of what they were charging me for my simple 2-3 T4's and donations. I would not recommend this place.
