Is there a higher number than 5 stars? Dan is an incredible pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable about anything we asked about. Lots of energy and and very easy to talk to. Honest about the work and what it would take to get the job done. He had a lot of great suggestions about what we could do to improve our electrical, and they were always great suggestions and we never felt pressure to go through with them (although we ended up doing a lot of them anyway!) . His helper for the day was also a pleasure to work with, so I know he hires good people too! Looking forward to having do work

Dan was so professional! He came in and very politely asked me a series of questions to better understand the nature of why one of our circuits in the home was not working. He quoted me a price to fix it which was perfectly reasonable to me too. The bonus for us was that what would usually take Dan and his apprentice an hour took almost 4 hours because the previous home owner had done some Mickey mouse electrical work of their own. This led to the root cause of the problem being far harder to diagnose and solve. He was here that whole time and still stuck to his original quote. He also was very

My tenant called me and told me one of the baseboard heaters was not working. I called a couple of places before I called Dan. As my tenant is a busy single mum and I am in a different city, making an appointment was not easy. When I told Dan about the situation, he didn't even hesitate for a second to work around my tenant's schedule. The repair was done in a timely fashion and my tenant was very happy. Thank you Dan. Dan found a dead circuit that, unknown to us, had loose wires in it. This dead circuit was like finding a needle in a haystack as it was hidden in a plug, buried in the storage room. This dead circuit caused a power outage in part of the basement. When I first called Dan, he worked patiently with me trying to fix the problem over the phone. When the problem could not be fixed, to my surprise, Dan was willing to come out to my home immediately even though it was already past 6pm and on a holiday! Dan installed a 200 Amp breaker box in our home 11 years ago. As the work was completed by the previous owners Dan did not pursue the final on his work. The city put a notation on our tax records so when we tried to sell the home this came back from the city the day before we sign the papers. We had only 10 days before we have to move. I contacted Dan who danced around the issue. I sent him the documents he never got back to me. I contacted him the following day only for him to tell me he couldn’t open the attachment.I sent him photos of the documents . He than told me he couldn’t do anything
