I went in for a full head of highlights. I basically wanted my hair to be blond but with accents of my natural darker blond to make it look more natural. Went in with Pictures of my last haircut and all.
What I ended up with was highlights that looked very unnatural, and when I parted my hair to the side, as I normally do, that she didn't actually ask me how I normally wore my hairstyle, the highlights didn't even go all the way to the roots.
I am a new resident to Vernon and chose this place because of reviews. For $250 bucks I will not be going back. Cut my hair too short as well

There is no other place that I have or ever will walk in and say -do whatever you want-. I only go to Paul, the owner, so I can only attest to his work, but I have never left unhappy. I have run the gamut from über-short to mega long, and even an experimental mullet in between. Blonde to purple, he's done it all. It's no super- cuts in terms of affordability, but worth every dime in my opinion. Jessica V does great colour too, and Tracy at the front desk is always accomodating with scheduling the appointments to work for me.
