I started going here for oil changes because I worked around the corner and it was convenient… I now work&live out of town but still choose to go here because the service is fantastic. Everyone I have dealt with has been super helpful and kind. I especially love that they do a full service report with photos and recommendations for any thing needing repair, it is very helpful.

I’ve been going to MacPhersons for over 10 years and am always pleased with the level of service I receive. The staff is helpful and always willing to explain exactly what they are doing and break down costs with me. It’s nice to know that my vehicles warranty is still covered by going to MacPhersons.

After having a few pretty bad experiences at my dealer, I decided it was time to find a new garage and why not try local? I’m glad I did. MacPherson’s impressed. I was emailed a quote to review, which is a ton easier for me than trying to understand what they’re recommending over the phone. They were quick to answer the phone when I had specific questions and were able to work with me to find an affordable solution. Pick up and drop off of my car was a breeze - although done mostly contactless, I found the customer service awesome. I’ll be back.

Macpherson’s delivers yet again!, Our Highlander was dripping something on our driveway. Dropped our car off last Thursday evening and they promised to do their best to get to it on Friday . Ross and Mark and crew diagnosed the issue, ordered and actually got the part, and installed it by 4:30pm last Friday! We were already to spend the weekend without a vehicle as we had lent our second car to our son .
Got the call from Mark at 4:50pm saying all done and it’s ready to go, Awesome service folks!!! Furthermore, when we picked it up later on Friday evening it was not only fixed but it was washed

As always Mac Phearson’s did a wonderful job. Even a simple oil change can make you feel like you are a valued customer. They even clean the car for you without charging for it.
Will keep coming back again and again.

They were able to run a diagnostic but I did not have the time to keep the vehicle there all day. I was grateful for the loaner vehicle. Hopefully they can fix my issue inexpensively. I appreciated their professionalism.

Dropped off in the morning and within a very reasonable time received an inspection report by email and my car was ready to pick up. Really like the report. Clear and anything requiring attention is right there to see. Will recommend this auto centre to people I know for sure and others should definitely give them a try. Thanks a bunch guys!

A big Thank You to the magician who cleaned my 2016 Honda Civic today! My car looks & smells brand new which is surprising after it being decorated in dust and golden retriever dog hair for so long. You guys did an amazing job!
Also the process of dropping off & picking up was super simple. As a new mom to be, I appreciated the extra care taken during Covid with the distancing and sanitizing measures too.
