Simply a dream come true when it comes to an auto mechanic. I have experienced this business both as an employee and as a customer and can honestly attest that these people are the epitome of honesty and superior workmanship. They will never deliberately upsell or overcharge, and they always work to find the most economical solution to a problem for the customer. They will take you to the work bay and clearly show / explain the problem and what can be done about it, being as transparent as possible. There is a good reason why I make the drive across town to see them for my automotive needs!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. KAVTECH is the preverbal unicorn of auto repair shops. They fix what needs to be fixed quickly and reliably, and most importantly, honestly! No money grabbing and upselling here! When my older vehicle needed some major work, Don and his staff took me in to the bay and showed me the extent of it and let me decide where to go from there. I decided not to gamble on it, and instead saved my money and invested in a new vehicle. They didn't charge me a cent. Even though they could have made thousands off me - but that is simply not how they do business

Ok so my Dodge Journey needed some work done on it-no surprize there-I digress-it had a cracked axle seal and I brought it to KavTech.
KavTech took my vehicle the next morning and from start to finish I was nothing but impressed and happy. They gave first rate service, didn't treat me like a typical garage and try to upsell services I didn't need. They were courteous and pleasant.
I will be back for every service I can and I will tell all of my friends to do the same. Thanks KavTech.

I have been going to AAA Kavtech for a few years now even though I am now living and working at the other end of the city. Not unlike the other review, I found the place by luck on a Friday late afternoon (about 10 minutes before closing time) when the business across the street wouldn't even hear what I needed. One of the hydraulic arm on my hatch had broken and was hitting my tail light and sticking out, so I could not drive the car home.
I drove in their driveway and just asked for some tools so I could remove it. Of course, I got a lot more than a few tools. Don, the owner who was busy

I found this place by luck (when it was really needed!) when I had a flat tire that wouldnt inflate. They took me in right away (at the end of the day when they were finishing up) and fixed me up before I even had a chance to stress about the situation. They handled it with friendly service, explained to me what happened, and when I was ready to pay $100 just for getting out of the -27 weather, they only charged me next to pennies for putting on the spare. I was so impressed by the service I wanted to tip, and would recommend their fair, honest and speedy service to anyone looking for an alternative
