I only selected one star because it was the only way I could submit my comment. These are very unpleasant people to deal with. All other sites we checked out would refund for a medical purpose. I was admitted to hospital for emergency surgery 3 days before we were to arrive and they were completely uncaring and kept our full deposit. I would never deal with them again.

We booked a stay in Cavendish for 3 nights for a romantic getaway. Unfortunately it was anything but that. Before I go on to list the faults with this property let me start by saying it’s a beautiful piece of land in a great location and would be an absolute gem if only they cared to update their cabins.
When we arrived in our “quaint” cabin there was an immediate smell of must (not the end of the world). We stepped out onto the deck to sit and relax when my foot almost went directly through a rotting deck board in front of the door. We proceeded to start cooking on the bbq and ran out of

Excellent cottages and well kept spaces. Has a pool as well that the kids enjoyed. The bbq only had one heat setting - high which should be fixed. They lent us a lot that would fit fresh lobsters upon request! Thank you! Location is near just about everything, and a sizable entertainment park just next door. Would stay again without hesitation.

The wifi was not good, but that might be something you're looking for in a summer vacation spot. The cabin was clean and smelled like cedar. There was plenty of stuff in the kitchen to get basic cooking done.
The shower had really concentrated pressure that was not my favorite.
Overall a decent experience.
Check in and out was extremely easy

Clean, spacious cottages. The kids loved the playground and went up to see the chickens every day we were there. Its right next door to Shining Waters which was great. The staff were very friendly and prompt with getting new towels and answering questions. AC units, big screen TVs with cable, dish washers, nice BBQers, and lots of fire pits and swings.
