Absolutely gorgeous suite. Staff are welcoming and efficient. I love that when we entered the lights were on, which in the dark winter months it's nice not to have to locate a light switch. The jetted tub was enormous and operated beautifully. I could have stayed there for hours. For Pokemon Go players there's 1 to 3 stops you can reach from the hotel depending on where your room is, and lots of stops and gyms in the town itself.

NOT AS ADVERTISED! I took my girlfriend here for a romantic weekend as it is advertised as a 5 star experience, but it was nothing close. The room is no better quality than a Comfort Inn and maybe even worse as there is wall paper peeling and exposed wires in the room, as well as the fan and tv in the bathroom do not work. The water pressure on the Jet tub is abysmal and took over 30 minutes to half fill. And over all it looks like whoever renovated the rooms ( how ever many years ago now) did not know that they were doing. I will never stay here again and I feel like I was ripped off! When I complained

Good location. A very tired hotel. They only subscribe to a standard definition signal, for the flat screen TV. This results in a distorted picture. I thought I was back in the 1980's! The carpet beside the bed was dirty. The bedside light didn't work. The AC was very noisy, and when not cooling or, the noisy fan would run all night.
Lastly, the bed sagged so much, I had to get up both mornings at about 6 AM, due to a sore back. All this for $325 per night. We'll stay in Niagara Falls next time.

Staff were great, we had to cut our stay a day short unfortunately and they were great refunding us our 2nd night due to an emergency. Room was comfortable, would have liked to try out the jacuzzi tub, maybe next time. Location is close to downtown, just on the far end of the strip. Could easily walk and see all that Niagara on the Lake had to offer. Room showed a little wear and tear, but it's nice enough.

We stayed there for a night and I can't rave about this place enough. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The service was impeccable. The manager Jaime went out of his way to make sure we had the best stay possible, we can't thank him enough for everything he did. Dinner and breakfast at Zees was fantastic as well. I highly recommend you stay here. You will not be disappointed. Scott & Jenna

Our stay was great,, from the receptionist to appearance of our room which we would give a 5. Hotel is awesome as it's walking distance to everything in town. We felt quite Covid comfortable.
The only lower rating would be our bkfast, was a 4. Couple of our male waiters would need some extra training.

Spent one night here while visiting Niagara on the Lake. Staff was great and helpful with things to do and places to eat. Rooms were very nice with comfy beds. They have a wine and cheese get together in the afternoon which was a lot of fun and a great way to meet other guests. Breakfast was part of the cost and was enjoyable. Free parking under the hotel. They offer a shuttle within about a 10 mile radius to area attractions, which was great. Defiantly would return

I'm sorry to say but this review is a few months late from when I actually stayed here with my wife. It was our first time away as a couple since our daughter was born.
Anywho..... We really liked the location, parking, ambience, fireplace, breakfast, wine and cheese time, and the cleanliness of this hotel.
Let's talk location. I thought that being a few hundred meters from the river and seeing the USA was a little nifty. There's a bike path, century old homes, a nice park and a short walk away from the Main Street of Niagrara on the lake. It was quiet in the area too when we

We had a short winter getaway to Niagara-on-the-Lake and stayed 2 nights at the Harbour House hotel. Check-in was seamless and reception was very helpful explaining open wifi, continental breakfast daily 8-10 am, complimentary wine and cheese in the common area 4-5 pm, complimentary shuttle from 4-10 pm, restaurant recommendations with their online reservation system.
This place didn't feel like a hotel with all its personal touches. Service was impeccable. The continental breakfast had wait staff that provided juice, tea or coffee. House keeping left us cookies as a welcome present and chocolate

We completely enjoyed our stay at Harbour House. From the beautiful room to the delicious complimentary breakfast, to the inviting lobby, to the friendly and helpful employees, to the great location, it's a wonderful place to stay! Niagra On The Lake is charming with lots to do and great restaurants. We would definitely return and stay at Harbour House again.

A very comfortable boutique hotel. So welcoming and friendly, classy but not snobby. A comfortable room with a fireplace and an open plan that allows a good soak in the whirlpool tub without being stuck in a steamy, sterile bathroom. Oh! And those cookies were amazing!!! (And I am a cookie snob!)
Too the whole experience with a delicious breakfast and this experience is hard to beat!!

We rented out about ten rooms over Labor Day weekend for our biennial family reunion. The hotel itself is lovely upon first glance, located just up the street from Lake Ontario, close to Niagara River Recreation Trail and Queen's Royal Park, as well as a ten minute brisk walk into the two center (about five minute walk to the Shaw Festival Theatre). This quaint, vine covered three-story house converted to hotel shines in their customer service. They are hospitable, kind and incredibly accommodating. Quick to give recommendations, answer questions and schedule their free in town shuttle service

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. It is located just a short walk from the lake just outside of the main little town area. When we arrived we were greeted by Sara who was very friendly and helpful. She offered suggestions on wineries and food for us (we are vegan) so it was a nice start to our stay. We were then personally escorted to our room where all of the nice features were pointed out. The rooms are nicely updated and our room had a fireplace. They also had a personal note written to us with fresh cookies.
They host a social hour where a different winery from the area

After looking at several locations in the ara for a quick get away we ended up at Harbour house due to the excellent customer service of the people I spoke to and emailed.
Prompt answers with a very personal touch were the deciding factor and we were not disapointed with the room or facilty.
Excellent breakfast included and free shuttle service around town.. would definately go back

A very charming place to stay in a fabulous town. I would visit again and not hesitate to stay in the same Inn.
Beautiful rooms - large, quiet and well appointed. We stayed in 2 rooms as the suite was not available for our entire visit (someone else had already reserved it). Both had fireplaces and had their own uniquenesses which lent to the quaintness. Robes were complementary and there were fireplaces in each of our rooms.
Service was good but not on par with top-rated hotels - I saw little evidence that they would go the extra mile. When we asked about hiking/walking trails, we were given

This is a beautiful inn. Excellent service and amenities. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed with one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Their complementary breakfast is outstanding. It is a European breakfast with most items made in house. They also have wine tasting every afternoon. I highly recommend staying if you plan on visiting NOTL.

A beautiful property on Niagara on the Lake.
It is an Inn, which I prefer over the too personal B&B establishments.
The main street is a nearby walk away, or one may call on the personal shuttle service to the main road. (This operates only after 4pm)
Beds are comfortable, establishment clean, elegantly furnished, quiet, and service is attentive and polite.
Only downside is no in-house restaurant for dinner. They offer dinner at a sister property which patrons may be shuttled to and fro.
One morning I woke up to canons, yeah I jumped out of bed, what the heck? the War of 1812 was being
