After the last experience I thought of surprising my wife with a stay as at Sterling Inn.
Thought we'd relax and unwind for a day from the busy schedules but it was a wreck.
Booked the Bistro package... nice room but TV was not working.. informed the front desk and was told they would come and have a look.
We went for dinner and we were charged again for $70 whereas we had already booked the package and was told it included the dinner as well. Anyway after returning from dinner we were locked out of our room and the front desk staff came and tried to help but couldn't and then he came

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing. So clean and everyone there is exceptionally appreciative and accommodating. Such a calm atmosphere, comfortable bed and breakfast in bed was outstanding also! Exquisite and joyfully priced!

For a boutique hotel you would think it would be cleaner. The rooms need renovating. Faucets were broken, wall mounted fireplace was coming off the wall and the furniture is worn and needs replacing.
The best thing about this hotel are the RMT’s-WOW!!!!!
Our experience was highly disappointing and we will not return.

Sound insulation a bit poor, as we can hear the tub in other rooms bubbling. Otherwise, it's a good place to stay

The Sterling Inn is THE place to stay in Niagara Falls, Ontario. After researching and reading the reviews for hotels in this part of Ontario for our visit to the falls, I landed on the Sterling Inn, and thank goodness! This is a FINE hotel with rates comparable or the same as the name brands at which we had points and could have stayed; however, these name brand places had poor reviews. The view out of a window is not worth a poor quality stay. The Sterling Inn is lovely, the rooms perfect, vast, and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable, and we soaked in the Jacuzzi in our bathroom, not realizing

Please don't stay here! If it gets too popular, they will raise their incredibly low rates and my wife and I won't be able to enjoy their beautiful rooms, luxurious ammenities like in-room steam sauna, friendly staff, and absolutely delicious breakfast in bed. Please consider the Doubletree, Ramada, or Hampton Inn instead, all of which you will find nice enough. Thank you. Run along now.

If you're looking for impeccable service and a cozy, luxurious room for a getaway, Sterling Inn and Spa should really be your only choice in Niagara! My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend getaway in early December for the Festival of Lights (and is where he proposed!), and everything was so perfect.

Room/Decor: We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite which was spacious, luxurious yet cozy. It had a living room setup when you first walk in, a lovely jacuzzi in the bedroom, fireplace, and high, exposed beam ceilings. Somehow I had been transported to a romantic, modern cottage in the Aspens

We had an excellent stay. The room was spacious and immaculate. The service was on point. Lisa at the front desk booked our dinner reservations and booked us on a wine tour. They even had a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate our 11th anniversary.
This was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. It had a fireplace, steam shower and a two person whirlpool tub. We really loved the complete darkness shades on the windows. Really allowed you to sleep in. The building was originally a creamery in the 1920's and the current owners have maintained many of the original open

Great service and location. 10 mins walking to the falls and 2 mins walking to all the food/restaurants.

We had some issues regarding the AC, they resolved it within reasonable time. Modern room and bathroom (towels, shampoo, body wash etc are provided. ) Breakfast in bed is a set menu, you can pick the delivery time.

I def recommend this hotel!

After a long drive we arrived at this awesome place. I do my research for months before I select a hotel for our destination. For the most part everything works out. This time, however, I was knocked out by how great a choice I had made.
Upon arrival, this Inn looked very unique. Being a Borden milk building in it's past, I was so impressed how the designers left a lot of the buildings character intact. Check in was fast and easy. The person at the check in was extremely nice and very helpful. When we got up to our room, I was so happy with how big it actually was. I've had apartments

Do you want magic hands? How about a massage that made you question your existence in life?

Well, look no further!
My boyfriend and I got two RMT massages here on a Saturday. Booking was simple; I just emailed and called to confirm the booking. When we got there, the spa was downstairs so we got to tour the building a bit (which looks super fancy).

We walked in and was greeted by the lady at the front desk. We changed into our robes and had to fill in a few forms before we could begin. They also serve cucumber water, which was surprisingly delicious.

We were taken care of by two male RMTs and

Checked in with ease at 4pm and we were upgraded to a huge, beautiful room (214) with a jacuzzi and steam shower. Took advantage of the convenient complimentary "Breakfast in Bed" daily. I loved this perk. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times. The restaurant (AG) was top notch. A 5 star experience. Would recommend to all!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We found a really nice deal online and when I called in to see if I could book and upgrade to a suite with a Jacuzzi tub, the staff helped me book direct and honored the rate I found online, giving me the complimentary upgrade.

It was the easiest booking process I've ever experienced and the check in was very pleasant as well. The room is very large and so beautiful. It definitely exceeded my expectations (as someone working in hospitality, I can be sorta picky). The colors chosen for the room really compliments the space, making it modern, cozy, and very open

Very dissatisfied with our stay. Would have rated it better if it advertised itself as a 3 star hotel. But we came in with higher expectations and it seriously under delivered.

ISSUES

1. Entrance signs are not visible. Small, dim and hidden.

2. No signage to help find amenities. Good luck finding the restrooms if you just drove in from a long drive and really have to go.

3. Coupons for the spa they gave us are only valid the day we leave and day after we leave. This makes no sense to me. How about getting my legs massaged after my long drive here?

4. Rooms while big and pottery barnesque

I don't think I've enjoyed my stay anywhere more than I did at Sterling, we were greeted (upon request) with strawberries and champagne. The room was amazing, with a few odd handy-man/construction issues, but despite that, we entered the room in all its glory, a jet tub to the right, and living area just beyond that, new and chic decor, red white black.
The flatscreen over a fireplace, a clear glass table, some chairs, and the a couch sectioning that room off from the glorious California King... Or I guess in this case, Canada King! An iPhone docking station next to the bed and a
