I'd like to share my experience with this company, so no one else has to go through what I am.
In 2016 after buying a house I hired Chris to fix the back yard. Things started off well and Chris was helpful and accommodating. Then in August of that year Chris disappeared without finishing the job. After repeatedly trying to contact him, I gave up. In February 2017 (6 months later), I come home to find a stranger working in my yard, and was told by said stranger that Chris sent him to finish the job. As I have given up hope of getting hold of Chris, I was not planning on any further work done

1. We had requested three separate quotes for three separate properties. Only one quote was provided for the properties combined. We requested this a number of times but still obtained only one quote. 2. The team of 2 cutters arrived 1/2 hour late. 3. There was an expectation that all debris (both old and new) underneath shrubs would be taken away and disposed of. This was not the case. 4. Their tools broke down a number of times. 5. Additional work was requested but the price was deemed to be excessive. Eventually, an agreement was reached and payment was made to the company. Should you use this
