I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. He actually came and replaced our water heater around the time his area was being evacuated due to bushfires.
He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. There were complications but he was still in and out relatively quickly. He allowed our family to bathe with warm water again after weeks without, and charged reasonable rates as well!
