I was helping a friend with her air conditioning and heating after calling towards end of the day because I didnt understand the type of thermostat I was able to talk to Dennis he willingly tried to help and even at that later in the day moment he drove out to us and quickly resolved all the issues with a professional manner ..

Dennis and the rest of his team are very professional, responsive, caring, on time and knowledgeable. Very pleased with my new tankless hot water system from initial assessment to its complete installation. Excellent service of my heating system and fireplace as well as replacing all my valves and hoses in my bathrooms and kitchen. Exceptional prompt response to my call when my furnace was not heating the way it should be. Dennis was at my home within an hour and rectified the problem within minutes. I am so thankful and grateful to have Tri-Rom to take care of my heating, cooling and hot water

We had a glass top display freezer that we took to them for repairs. They said they fixed it but after we picked it up and plugged it in ourselves we experienced the same issue as before we took in for repair. We called to inquire about this but they said that it was fixed and that they wouldn’t warranty their work and we needed to find someone… else to fix it as according to them it was working fine. Guess they don’t care about the small farmer trying to supply food to local families and are willing to take their hard earned money and offer no support during a time of the COVID

Been using Tri-Rom for a few years now with varying levels of customer service...big swing between good service a few years ago & what we've received lately. The latest issue (but not the only issue) involves a sandwich cooler which broke down in October which sat in their shop until it was repaired in the last few days. When I spoke directly to… the owner Dennis Rombough last week to approve the repairs I asked specifically for them to call ahead to arrange delivery so that we could arrange a SEAMLESS pickup of the cooler that we've been using on the same day that he would deliver.

My furnace - Carrier Infinity 96 stopped working on Dec 31 2015. The installer of my furnace "Service Plus" - made many excuses why they could not come. I said it is winter, they are the installer in 2007 and they should be here. I may have made 6 calls to the dispatcher - Shanon (rude person). She always stated that i call another company.
After a second company came on jan 4th they could not fix it. They told me that the Carbon Monoxide levels were high. Asked that i call the carrier dealer.
