Suzanna studied in Germany, Hungary, USA and Canada and worked 8 years at Fairmont Hotel in Banff Springs Hotel as head esthetician, trainer and educator.
Suzanna ensures her clients experience pampering from the minute they walk through the door. Soothing music plays softly in the background, shoes are exchanged for cozy slippers and a comfortable chair is offered along with a cup of tea and some home-baked pastries.
