I purchased a hot tub from Sean a couple years ago and he was very professional and helped us choose the right tub for us. Installation was on time and efficient. Since then they regularly test our water and help us keep it balanced.
Recently our touchpad was acting up. They performed a service call within days and fixed it in one trip. Kudos to all the staff at Valley Pool and Spa!

I had a problem with a pool heater I bought from this company a year ago. Couldn't solve it myself so I called to ask for a technician to come out.
Instead the service manager walked me through the steps over the telephone to resolve the problem and the problem WAS solved in short order.
I'm sure another company might have just sent a technician and charged multiple hundred dollars for what was actually an easy fix.

Very unprofessional. Late for one appointment and a no show for the other. No bother to call, update or change the appointment. They brought the wrong product to install causing further delays. Disorganized operation with poor communication. No apology provided when issues were raised.
Manager, Sonya, is very difficult to deal with and flat out rude. Complete disappointment is what to expect dealing with Sonya.
I would never have used them had I known how terrible they would have been. I strongly caution anyone thinking of doing business with them.

I recently purchased a Max Spa from Valley Pool and Spa. Sean, the sales rep., was a true professional. I felt heard and all my questions were answered. I felt I was in good hands. He was reliable and trustworthy. He delivered on everything he promised. Ian took the time to make sure my tub was perfectly installed and aligned. He was diligent and professional. Sonya, the owner, took the time to meet with me and further discuss my needs and worked out a great price for a great product. 5-stars goes to this amazing TEAM!

2-years ago, We hired Valley Pool and Spa to have our pool liner replaced. The desk staff were helpful, took the time to select a liner from a variety of options and the installers arrived on time. They were efficient and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the staff that came to open and close our pool for 2-years were very disappointing; broke the drain handle near the pump; however, it was fixed by Valley Pools thankfully. We had requested that we use our own chemicals for opening; however, they used theirs and charged us offering us a bottle of algae on the house rather than adjusting the
