Although our three service bays use the latest diagnostic and repair equipment, you can still count on old-timey, personable customer service. Could not be more pleased with the CAA emergency service provided by Neumeister Motors Ltd. My car broke down in the northern part of Perth County, north of 86, one evening early this week. In no time, the tow truck driver arrived, hooked up the car and towed it to my hometown garage 85 km north in Markdale. Very professional.

We've been in the situation twice to call Neumeister for a Flat tire. Both times within 10 minutes Neumeister Motors were on site, with quick efficient and professional service. Mark, in dispatch was very helpful and quick to get me the assistance I needed and on the road again. Operator also took the time to show me how the spare tire system works, where my fuel funnel was located (dealer didn't show me this). Overall a great team with great service from office to on site staff.

I used CAA to tow my AWD vehicle. Neumeister showed up with a hook truck and the driver neglected to put dollies under the rear wheels(i have pic and video proof of vehicle being towed with no dollies) This resulted in my rear diff to wear significantly and now needs replacement. I had it towed to my mechanic and he verified the issue and cause. The owner of the company had called me begging to let them repair it, after I agreed to have them repair it they inspected the vehicle and are trying to get out of paying for said repair. The owner has called my mechanic and told him a lie about the cars

Our car had problems so we called CAA, then this flatbed showed up, the worker helped us get it on the flatbed in 10-15 mins and towed it straight to the dealership. Friendly guy and nice flatbed too. The only reason I’m leaving a 4 star is because it took them 45 mins to get to us and also they wouldn’t give us a ride so we had to call a friend. Other than that I would recommend this company.

Guys that towed our vehicle were great - no problems there. But the dispatcher was crusty and unhelpful. As a small business owner I'm sensitive to the importance of effective communications. Set the customer's expectations about how long they should expect to wait based on how busy you are, and NEVER make customers feel inadequate for asking. We may call Neumeister again, but if we get a similar reception, we'll be calling elsewhere.

I had been calling CAA for over 45 min just to request assistance with dead battery. I tried Neumeister while i was on hold. On one of the coldest mornings this year, Neumeister showed up in 20min. and started my car. When I wanted to pay i mentioned i had no luck with CAA. The mechanic immediately said" CAA? give me your card and i will call them for you!" Took my card and logged a call so I did not have to pay. THAT IS SERVICE! Thanks Neumeister.
