Called on the phone to pickup some parts. Confirmed they had them and even gave me the RETAIL price over the phone only to drive all the way there to be turned away. Would not recommend! Make it clear your commercial only before wasting everyone’s time. In a situation like this everyone could benefit from some coachback on customer service because mistakes happen so instead of wasting everyone’s time there should be rules implemented to make exceptions when stuff like this happens.
