West Tech Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair started back in the year 2000 with just a single truck and we began providing heavy-duty mobile service for trucks and trailers. We also handled repairs for them as well as for diesel pickups, forklifts, and much more heavy-duty equipment. By 2004 we had expanded with an additional service truck and our very own shop.
Roadside assistance is important because we know that there are times when you would like to make it to a shop to repair your semi truck but you just can't! If you are on the job and your heavy truck breaks down on the side of the road you need someone to come to you and take a look at what is going on.

And that's just what goes on in front of the camera - behind the scenes, there are dozens of crew vehicles, shuttles, equipment movers, trailers, and other motorized equipment to modify and maintain. Had a no start condition after accidently causing a short throuh the OBDII plug. Metered the start circuits and all tests proved good and pointed to the PCM as having the fault. I was thinking I either needed a new PCM or a Ford VMCII to fix the problem. I contacted the ownerof West tech Mobile to have him send a technician to my location as the truck was dead or it would require a tow to take anywhere to have it looked at. We talked for a couple minutes and he provided me with a couple things to check. The first idea he had I did not think of previously and sure enough the problem was evident
