Mark's Autobody Ltd. was initially founded in 1977 by Mark Poncelet. Following his retirement in 2009, Wilf Gareau took ownership of the shop. Wilf ran Mark's Autobody Ltd. for the next twenty years with the help of manager, Cory Gaudet. Wilf took retirement in 2019 and after ten years of helping him run the shop, Cory took the reigns and currently leads the shop as General Manager.

I took my truck there to have a tailgate replaced. The tailgate has a spring to help with the weight of the tailgate when you close it. It made an very loud snap when I tried to close it after the replacement and the weight distance was not there. Obviously not installed correctly.
I also took my wife’s car there for hail damage repair. When we picked the car up the weatherstrip from the hood was thrown in the hatch and not installed.
I didn’t notify them the first time …. Likely should have. ….. the second time I was just mad and disappointed. I wanted to like them. But to 2 for 2. I

Super nice staff and great to work with. Corey went out of his way to try and find a part to fix my door (which was not part of my SGI claim) and spent a lot of his time trying to troubleshoot the issue I was having with it. I was expecting a large labour and time bill but he ended up barely charging me anything! I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Took my car here for collision repair and could not be more impressed. So friendly, great communication, and was done quickly! Some more repair was needed to my car and Corey took the time to explain to me what it was/how it likely happened/etc. Very professional, but also did not feel like my lack of car knowledge was ever being taken advantage of. Car was so clean when I received it back! Will fully recommend to anyone to take their vehicle here for any needs!

Love this place. Great staff, unbeatable speed without compromise to safety and reasonable prices. I always take my tires here and recommend them to everyone who needs tires, tire repair, tire swaps or any other tire job you may have.
UPDATE: Cracked my windshield and my headlights burnt out so Cory and the crew at Mark's got my windshield replaced and returned to me before the end of the day. I had a great experience at Mark’s Autobody! They replaced my windshield, and it looks awesome! Cory is terrific to speak to and really knows his stuff. He made the whole process so painless! And their receptionist is super friendly as well. My vehicle was even detailed when I picked it up. They have definitely gained a new lifetime customer in me! Cannot recommend them enough!

I have now had 3 cars fixed at Mark's. I keep coming back because each and every time the work is done quickly and my car looks like new. I am treated like family every time I walk in the door. Also go the extra mile in cleaning the inside of the car. A real pleasure dealing with people who are highly skilled and really care about the work they do. Would highly recommend them.
