Following the completion of her degree in hospitality management, Rachel Bentley has spent over 15 years working in the customer service industry. This path lead her to work at one of Canada's elite fishing lodges in the Queen Charlottes for 4 years before becoming a paramedic, a role which she has assumed for 5 years while continuing her education with an Occupational Health and Safety diploma.
With the support of her extensive education, Rachel knew she was finally ready to become her own boss and begin her entrepreneurial journey into the medical aesthetics industry.

Way Overcharged, No lasting Results maybe 48 hours very temporary, laser treatments worst ever, unprofessional, painful and sloppy … get everything in writing better yet don’t waste your time or money here… $1,400 down the toilet than tries to recommend something totally different as saw no results.. Does not stand behind what they say in consultation .. just a money grab, does not care at all … rip off!

Elegance Scupting in Parksville. They do not stand behind their services. I had lash extensions put on. I made sure my lashes were totally clean the day before and the day of. After the lash extension application they were falling off in mass, something I’ve never had happen before. When I phoned in, I was told by Rachel that my lashes had mascara debris on them. Why on earth would she put extension of lashes that were not CLEAN? I’ve never, ever had this happen before. The two times, elsewhere I had lash extensions done they made sure my lashes were clean. Not impressed, for a once off extravagence

Every experience I’ve had at Elegence Sculpting has been wonderful! Rachel the owner Is such a sweetheart and so easy to talk with. I also find that if I need more info on services, they are eager to supply so much information. There is never a feeling of being pressured to have any services done. Another great advantage to going there is that they offer so many services in one location which can be very convenient. The main receptionist Jessica is a darling too, always greeting you with a big smile. If you text them they respond back to you very quickly.

I had an excellent experience with Rachel, the owner of Elegance. I have had laser hair removal, which was very successful. Rachel uses top of the line equipment and stays up to date with current procedures and information. Her facilities are clean, stylish, and comfortable. I completely recommend Elegence!

The girls at Elegance are absolutely wonderful and do amazing work. I had my brows microbladed/shaded by Sarah and they are perfect. I am complimented on them constantly, and have even had other professionals from the industry stop me to tell me how great they look and to ask if they are natural (even a year and a half after my last touch up!). I have been to Elegance Sculpting for 4 different services. Rachel is amazing at what she does. Her lashes are amazing, they last forever. I also had the Ultra and Vela Shape done and the results are amazing. My most recent treatment was laser hair removal. I am starting with the underarms first. I strongly recommend Rachel, I know I will be trying all her new services, as I have had such amazing results so far!!
