Zero starts if I could. I'm a highly valued engineer with over 10 years of experience that's worked on residential, commercial, government and transit projects. Reached out to Ramtin Sotoadeh for a new build with very detailed information. Had to explain everything again during the phone conversation. He was very rude and abusive with statement of me being young and incompetent. All I needed from the conversation was to find out the price of build and set up future meetings with the client. He was beating around the bushes with pricing and was spending most of the time trying to get info on the

A friend told me about this new gated community being developed in Aurora called Wellington Woods. My husband and I were quite interested in getting a new place and we were looking into custom built houses, apparently this is one of them. I talked to the sales representatives from RS Homes and they were extremely helpful. Even though the project is beyond our budget at this moment, we would definitely love to work with RS Homes in the future, and highly recommend this lovely family company.
