I had my watch links removed and my rings cleaned and stones tightened! Amazing and affordable service. Super friendly staff I love that they have a service tracking email that they provide to you for your items. I liked being able to check what the status of my rings was. Thankful for the onsite goldsmiths.

The customer service at JC Bradley is unmatched in Vernon. Richard and the women are so honest, knowledgeable and kind. There is never any pressure which makes the shopping experience much more enjoyable! We’ve had custom jewelry made, made purchases and had Richard help us when we found ourselves in an incredibly unfortunate situation. The situation itself had nothing to do with him or his business, but he went out of his way to not only help us but to make sure we were taken care of. My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Richard, the ladies or JC Bradley!

Went to this amazing facility as a recommendation from the in-laws and was truly truly impressive with their fantastic service and attention to detail. Beautiful store, very well laid out so much to look at. Sheila had her ring adjusted and it turned out stunning. Richard even cleaned her wedding and engagement rings while they chatted. A rather unpleasant experience. We placed an order for a simple piece of jewellery to be made using some of my older pieces. After two full months of waiting, the "stories" we were told about what was going on changed with each visit to this store. When we requested it all be returned, suddenly they were full of questions as to what we wanted (obviously hadn't started the project yet) then whipped it together within a week.

This has got to be the WORST jewellery store in town ! I've been to their store in Vernon only twice in my life, last time being just over a week ago and they judge you by appearance ONLY !
I needed to have my ring cut because I injured my finger at work, and since Peoples didn't have the tools for doing this, they told me to go to JC Bradley.
I was there less than a minute and I saw the guy was busy so I told the girl behind the counter I'd be back in about 10 minutes. Upon my return the guy was free and he was reaching for his tools when a couple came in. He dropped everything
