Fareed is amazing, a miracle jeweler with a kind heart...I brought him my mother's watch she has been gone 28 years next week and the watch hasn't worked in almost as long the strap was also broken, not only… did he find a strap that fit but he kept mom's watch for 4H hours to try and get it to work again, it started then stopped then started and slowed down, was not looking good but he called me today to tell me my watch was working again and he had put the new strap on and it also miraculously fit...I cried January happy tears when I hung up the phone and will never be able to thank him

My Fiancè and I are thrilled with the experience and service we received from Fareed! Fareed and his staff are an absolute treat to work with and they have gone above and beyond in serving me and my wife through our engagement and wedding. I went to Gold N Time for the first time yesterday and am now pleased to be a customer. I was thoroughly impressed by Mr. Vassiliadis’ integrity and honesty with me. I came in to have an appraisal done and when he saw my old appraisal paperwork, Mr. Vassiliadis was very straightforward and told me he thought there might be a way to get the appraisal updated from the establishment where my husband first purchased the jewelry. He could have taken the $75 fee and done the appraisal anyway but instead he tried to save me the money by being honest. It ended up that I still needed an appraisal done

Fareed took lots of time to explain options in both the repair… (ring and earrings) and in the custom design (bracelets) , keeping in mind my budget.
Customer service was simply extraordinary. Detailed explanations about procedures. I was very satisfied with the results and will turn to Fareed for all purchases or services from now on. Thanks so much.
