Greg is a true professional who always goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of from point of sale and even after the sale was complete, he took the time to make sure we were taken care of when we had some minor mechanical issues. All expectations were exceeded at Van Isle. Eric was amazing and answered all of my questions with zero pressure. I bought a 2011 Audi A 5, it’s a super fun car to drive and I am now such an Audi fan! There were so many thoughtful extras like a fresh car wash and even putting my new plates on for me. **Update December 1 2020 ** I just added my third car from Van Isle ! Traded in my BMW for a Audi Convertible. Wade set up a deal I could not refuse. His service is on another level, feel like family there now, Its the best car buying experience period !

Without a doubt the best car buying experience ever! I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle, and with my busy schedule, Sunday had to be the day that I was able to fit that in. After searching online on Auto Trader, Used Vic, and other avenues, I came across a number of vehicles I was interested in, all luxury vehicles with low kms, and they happened to be at Van Isle Auto Brokers in Victoria. I purchased a 2007 Mustang GT from Wade and Mathew. I came in from Burnaby just to see this one car posted on the auto trader and I bought it. Everything seemed to work well, and proof of reports, history, inspection etc... were provided. The car was nice and ran great. Happy. Took it home and attempted to put the convertible top on and it seemed to be stuck. I immediately called Van-Isle and Wade and Mathew took care of it right away. I took it into a shop, fixed the switch, and they took care of the bill for me. This shows they obviously wanted me to be happy with the purchase. I do believe this

Just wanted to share our great buying experience with Van-Isle. We recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra and Wade has really bent over backwards to make us happy including delivery of the vehicle to Surrey from Victoria! He also paid for the ferry trip with lunch. We noticed when the car was delivered that it only came with one key but again Wade came through and ordered another key from a local Nissan dealer. We would definitely recommend Van-Isle auto brokers to anyone buying a used vehicle. No pressure and no BS which is hard to find from a used car dealership!
