BEWARE. The website: http://www.ezplumbinginc.ca/ looks very professional, but don't be fooled, it is run by one single person who runs a very bad business with terrible customer service. The company is rated "D" on the BBB for a reason.

My son used this company to unblock a kitchen sink drain in an apartment I rent for him. I believe he was deliberately misled by this company to obtain the job always knowing the final bill would be higher than normal. They did not inform him there was a flat fee for augering a drain when he phoned for a quotation and told them the problem was a blocked kitchen drain. They only told him of the $95.00 service call out fee and said the cost was dependent on the work that needed to be done. The company now maintains they have a flat fee of $395.00 to auger a drain.
