Riteway Plumbing Shop has been serving the Capitol Regions for 56 years, providing quality plumbing and heating products and service. First founded in 1963 by Gordon Fawcett and Vernon Lindgren, for 4 years they worked side by side building up a client base and providing exceptional work to their customers.
Vernon and Gordon parted ways, but Gordon & his wife Irene continued on for another 6 years when tragedy struck and Gordon passed away suddenly in 1973. Irene was left to run the business for a year & then sold Riteway Plumbing to Jack Lynn. Jack Lynn ran the company until 1982, over that time he closed the service department of Riteway Plumbing & Heating and eventually sold the retail shop to Ron Cousineau.

They were awesome! I was able to schedule my appt through email and they were super friendly. The person coming to fix our faucet and toilet was amazing, she was super friendly and kind when my 3 year old followed her the whole time haha.

Wow!! I would highly recommend Riteway Plumbing to anyone. Great customer service. Especially Mindy. She was very helpful in assisting me in picking out correct parts for a very costly shower repair. It would have cost me a lot of money but with Mindy's great customer service and knowledge of products truly helped me save a lot in the repair work. Great price and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I definitely recommend this company. We needed our hot water tank replaced, and we got a quote back very quickly. The staff member on the phone was polite and very helpful outlining options. Their price was competitive with other companies and they were able to schedule our install in a fantastic time frame. The professional arrived at the time promised and completed the removal of the old tank and install of the new one in under 2 hours. The professional was courteous and efficient, and was respectful of our home and also followed all covid safety protocols. Of course I can't speak for all of

I had them replace the fixtures in my bathtub. No muss no fuss. Called them up,gave them the name type of fixture it was and they gave me a price right over the phone.
Came out a day or 2 later and took an hour to do the work.
The price seemed good although i've rarely had work done before.
Will use again.

My outdoor garden faucet was leaking into the house (and over the power panel!! :-() after Spring thaw -- I think there was water in the lines when winter came, and the expansion of the ice cracked the pipes. I was worried that the repair would be extensive, because much of the pipe ran under a finished wall. I have had so many poor experiences with plumbers, I decided to check the Yelp review first, and found these guys to be highly-rated and close by my home. They were quite booked, and it took 4 days before someone could stop by to look at the

They quoted me for a new hot water tank on friday afternoon while I was in Mexico on vacation. Seemed very reasonable. I wondered when they could come in. He said Monday afternoon! I was surprised! It was totally no nonsense. I felt like I was really talking to someone real and honest. They did exactly what they were said they would do.
They called me before they made their way to my house so I could meet them there.
