I had the pleasure of doing business with London Gold in December of 2020. I had a ring, my Grandmother's engagement ring handed down to me by my Mother. I wanted it refurbished and the stone replaced in order to pass it down to my daughter on her birthday. The customer service here is beyond amazing!! The ring was stunning!! My daughter cried...I cried! It was a moment I'll never forget and all made possible by London Gold. I today returned with a wedding ring that needs the claws tightened. Recently Evan took some family heirloom diamonds from various rings and made them into a new lovely ring. We recently were in London gold to review family estate jewellery. We found Evan very professional and easy to work with.
We also worked with Evan after our home was broken into and family jewellery was stolen. Evan was very helpful in helping us evaluate our loss for our insurance claim. The jewellery we have purchased over the years from London gold has been of excellent quality and I still enjoy wearing.

I ordered a custom necklace with two initials. Gave them the initials both verbally and in writing. The necklace arrived with the initials reversed. The owner did not apologize or offer to correct his own mistake. I was trying to give a small business owner support after Covid, but I will never set foot in this store ever again. Lots of reputable jewellers out there.

London Gold is OUTSTANDING. I took them rings that had previous damage and London Gold restored them to how I originally bought them. They are my favourite rings, and now I get to wear them again. They also sized a delicate heirloom ring that belonged to my mother and the price was very reasonable. I found London Gold because they were referred to me by two different people who said they would never trust anyone else. Now that I've had 3 rings sized here, I absolutely would agree.
