My husband went to this store on December 16, 2021 to have the buckle on his wristwatch repaired. The male staff member serving my husband was very courteous and extremely helpful.The added bonus was that the buckle was repaired and my husband was was not charged. for this service. Great customer service. Would definitely return to this store in the future.

Bought a designer piece of jewelry and the pendant did not hang properly, was very disappointed as this was an expensive purchase. Mariani found out and although they were not required to fix the problem, they went above and beyond in making sure that the pendant hung properly. Their customer service exceeded expectations! I would recommend making a purchase here for any piece of jewelry, they stand behind their product.
