We are taking extra precautions with our daily operational routines and paying close attention to the advice coming from our Health officials, Government advisories, the Hotel Association of Canada and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. As such, until further notice, we will suspend our current breakfast service and replace it with complimentary breakfast bags available at the Front Desk between the hours of 7 am and 10 am.

Microwave didn't work. The shower didn't drain properly and some very dirty stuff comes out of the draining. Hair dryer didn't work. Lights didn't work. Coffee maker didn't work (and probably never cleaned). No cleaning during the stay. Got a bad skin infection staying here and that resulted in me having to leave early from my work. 0/10 would not recommend. The staff was friendly and that is the only pro.

I am only giving 2 stars because my room was cleaned amazing, I am not so happy with the way I watched management treat their employees, from putting them down in the hall way to yelling at them in front of guests! Very unprofessional! I own a company and I realize the value of praising my employees for good work, they are human beings trying to make a living just like the rest of us! Work is not to be hostile but that’s all I felt during my stay and it was all caused by this one manager! My stay was about a

It was okay, I guess. The service were great people. Super polite and quick to help. But, COVID protocols were not being followed. People were not wearing masks or pulling them down to speak to you. There was also no hand soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands, which was not fun, especially with having to use hair shampoo instead. Beds were okay. A little on the hard and uncomfortable side, but we are used to something more expensive, so not the hotel's fault at all. The room was fairly clean, there were small damages prior to our stay in the halls and in the room, but they could be looked over

Check-in was fine, the gentleman at the front desk was polite and courteous. Unfortunately, this afternoon the lady at the desk was rude, when I asked why our room had not been cleaned. She replied that the cleaners were gone, and quite obviously did not care at all.
When a business does not care about their guests or the cleanliness of the rooms, this is a very bad sign.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, due to the attitude of the front desk and cleaners.
