Today, we are proud to remain locally owned and operated. It is this commitment to the community that has led to more families choosing Speers than any other funeral home in Regina. We are grateful for the support of the people in our community and are proud to participate fully in making Regina and area a better place to live for everyone.
On behalf of each family we serve throughout the year, we make a memorial donation to the Hospitals of Regina Centre for Mother-Baby Care. These funds are used to acquire essential equipment that is needed to help fragile, at-risk babies become well enough to go home with their families.

As one of Regina's oldest businesses, Speers Funeral and Cremation Services has had the unique privilege of serving several generations of Regina and area families. Originally, Speers Funeral Chapel was located on South Railway Street, but over the following two decades moved to the 1700 block of Hamilton Street, followed by 1867 Rose Street.
Since our founding in 1907, Speers has been grateful for the support of the people in our community and are proud to participate fully in making Regina and area a better place to live for everyone. In that spirit, we are pleased to share with you a few of the causes that we participate in to try and give back to the Regina community.
It's only natural to be curious and we understand that coming to a Funeral Home is uncomfortable. We are passionate about serving others and educating the community about what we do. One of our core values as a company is building relationships of trust, which we believe is done through education and transparency.
At Speers, we are dedicated to doing everything within our professional abilities to ensure that your family is especially well cared for. Over the years, we have had the privilege of having many families send us thank-you notes or submit positive reviews online. We are honoured to share just a few notes from families with you to help provide an image of the high standard of service we aim to provide with every family in our care.

For losing our 37 year old daughter, we expected no comfort from her funeral. But from the first time we met with our Funeral Director, he patiently described each moment that would happen,in a way that made any reaction from us okay. It didn't matter how often we repeated our questions. He prepared us for everything. Everyone who works here that we met, was very kind. The grief after care is also much appreciated. We gave our girl a good send off. In the end, it is all we could have wished for.

They helped us immensely through this very difficult experience. Very professional and great at what they do. Allowed us to personalize the service.
The only thing that can be improved upon is the video recording of the service. They seemed to use the camera's microphone for sound, when really it should have been connected to the microphone on the podium. It was difficult to hear anybody and it did not pick up the more soft-spoken speakers at all. A bit disappointing.
