Peak came recommended by friends who had a great experience with their renovation. We chose Peak after getting a formal quote that both guaranteed the price and the finish date. They came in exactly on price and were actually done earlier than they promised. Our research showed this is rarely if ever the case with other contractors. It was a much better experience than I imagined, given all the horror stories our friends and families related to us. The quality of the work was excellent, the project went very smooth and Peak stands by their work and just as importantly the work of their contractors

As with all who are seeking a contractor for renovations, get multiple quotes. Peak Improvements Ltd was over twice as much as two other professional quotes I received on a basement renovation (not your "Kijiji" contractors either). After I advised they were much higher than their competitors, the response was "Well, we are not our competitors..." How right you are.
