We were surprised and pleased with the prompt attention we received after calling Troy to assess our walk-out basement for development. We were in need of finding someone quickly as our senior parents were in the process of selling their home and moving in with us. Although we were nervous about the quick timelines he presented to us, we hired him based on recommendations from a couple of our relatives. No regrets here!
Cost was reasonable, timelines were all met and craftsmanship was phenomenal. Troy kept us updated throughout the entire process. We are so impressed with the quality of the work

We hired Parabola Developments to develop our basement this past September. Troy and his team did an excellent job and delivered a quality product that has made our basement functional and enjoyable. We hired Parabola Developments to develop our basement in the fall and, I have to say, Troy and his trade contractors did an exceptional job. We're thrilled with the finished product, and it really has changed our house.
Troy helped us develop a layout for our basement at the outset that ended up being just what we were looking for, and he was responsive and forthcoming with our questions throughout the process. We didn't have any unexpected budget surprises and, despite the fact that the proposed schedule seemed a little ambitious to me at the outset, the basement itself was actually finished

Fabulous company! I would not hesitate to hire Troy again and to recommend Parabola. Troy finished my basement (Jan 2016) with a full bathroom, entertainment room, wet bar and utility room. The work is excellent, thanks to Troy’s keen eye for detail. I was so jaded after the first contractor I hired for this job left me in the lurch. I have had several renovation projects big and small completed on various properties we have owned. I have experienced "the good, the bad and the ugly". Parabola certainly falls into the first category. When we decided to develop our basement, we did the right thing by checking out several renovators. Parabola came in with a reasonable quote.
