I honestly can not even give this place a single star. But this site makes me give them one. I am not a local guy to the area but a traveling worker. I have worked all over Ontario and have never had a experience with a dealership like I have with this place.
I had some issues with my new truck They did more damage to my personal belongs and and to my 72k f150. I went in with a faulty moonroof. They had to bring my truck back in 4 times to fix all the damage to my truck they did. Eg. Broken trim piece on console did not hook up the sunscreen again. Damaged rainsensor housing damaged my back

Purchased new F150 from Knapp. Salesperson was helpful. He was low pressure, knowledgable, and did everything he could to find the truck I wanted. Gave me multiple options and helped make the decision easy.
Had a small interior issue recently after receiving the truck and the service dept followed up ASAP and fixed problem the same day. I am pleased with the overall experience. Will buy from them again.
