Sent a deposit on a truck, test drove it was told that day that if anyone else was looking into buying it they would let me know. 2 days later went to the dealership to ask questions about it and they sold it to someone else. What’s the point of my deposit? Was waiting for financing was insured that I had first dibs on the truck and would be… contacted if anyone else was looking into buying it, didn’t hear from them for 2 days so went into the dealership to see what the status was about financing and seen the truck out front with a sold sticker with no word of my deposit or that

AMAZING customer service!! Samantha and Mike have went far and beyond on making my sons first car experience a great one. We are not local and went somewhere closer to home to get a simple oil change. The dealership made a mistake and tried to take advantage of the situation. I called Amfar and Samantha and Mike are taking care of the car, they completely helped me out. They are honest and fair and really care about their customers. I just bought my 2014 Chrysler 300s for them and it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I literally inquired on a Thursday and drove the vehicle home Friday and I didn't have to do a thing. They had all of the maintenance done for me, new tires and the vehicle was nice and clean for me.

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge. It was the quickest and easiest purchase I've ever made. A request was overlooked that was agreed upon at the time of sale and when it was noticed they made sure my car got back to them at my convenience to get the request done. The Customer Service was friendly and they were very accommodating to work with.

We love our VW Tiguan! Thank you Mike and Samantha for your work in getting us into this great little SUV. Our kids love driving it as it is very easy to handle. Mike was quick to figure out the financing and licensing pieces. We appreciate most that went beyond expectations post-purchase when we noticed an issue with the… car. I purchased my vehicle in the spring. I identified the passenger headlight had moisture in it immediately. They took the vehicle to the GM dealer next door to have it repaired twice. I was initially told they had ordered a new headlight but this was not the case. They made a botched attempt to repair it and caused further damage to the paint… around it and the casing is now cracked. They would not take it back again to repair it further. Then after my 30 day warranty. When the weather warmed up when I went to use my air conditioning it only lasted for about a week then began blowing warm

Recently bought a 2013 Dodge Avenger from Andrew at Amfar. Great service and great price, and Andrew made sure that my car was in great condition. They replaced the tires and a few other components after their safety inspection. Car drives like new, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

It's unfortunate that consumers have to take to social media to receive the fair treatment and responses they justly deserve. I tried to communicate to your Dealership on several fronts, and you chose to ignore me. It's like the old saying goes-actions speak louder than words. You showed little regard for me, or my Family's well-being, when I expressed my concerns about a vehicle that was clearly defective and not in the "certified" condition as it was advertised. Using the excuse of the problem not falling under a vehicle safety just reinforces the fact that you were unwilling to stand behind
