Roof Replacement. My experience with demarco Construction was excellent from start to finish. The estimator educated me about the overall structure of a roof, showed me exactly what repairs needed to be done, and presented me with useful options, based on performance, price, and durability. The installation team were punctual, professional, friendly, and inobtrusive.
The work was completed quickly, and I did not have to speand any time cleaning up ANYTHING after the job was.

If there was some way to give this company negative stars I would. They have been hired by our property management company to work on our condos and EVERY SINGLE PROJECT is a complete nightmare. Nothing is completed on time, the work is sloppy and often requires additional repairs because they hire incompetent workers. I have been fighting for two years to have them come back and complete a job they left unfinished. Save yourself immense stress and frustration and do not work with this company.
