Erik, the owner and operator of Malloch Construction has accumulated over 17 years of experience in the construction field. During that time he has worked for major companies doing high volumes of residential housing; on commercial projects and of course, home renovations. Two years studying Construction Engineering at Algonquin College taught him advanced construction techniques from blueprint to final structure.
Since opening his own business in 1999, he has been known for his skill, expertise and attention to detail. Erik works with a team of selected licensed experts who are passionate and proud of their work. Malloch Construction built my awesome workshop, and completely modernized my parents home. The new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, new living room, laundryroom, hardwood flooring, crown moulding, ...every aspect turned out gorgeous!! The before and after photos tell quite the story, with a very happy ending! World class results!!! Strong recommendation.
